We select accommodation in Apulia individually, according to your wishes, needs, and budget. Before starting the search, we offer a short consultation to discuss your expectations and answer your questions.

The service includes:

- Consultation before starting the accommodation search

- Accommodation offers and booking – hotels, apartments, trulli houses, masserias, or villas.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.The service fee should be paid in advance.

2.After payment, the client should fill in the ACCOMMODATION SERVICE FORM (click the link here).

3.IMPORTANT: the accommodation search is carried out only after the client has purchased flight tickets and confirmed travel dates.

*AVE ITALIA can also assist with flight reservations.

4.Within 3 working days we provide:
• accommodation offers (around 8 options)

5.IMPORTANT: the client should confirm the chosen accommodation option within 3 days or request consultation for alternatives. This is necessary because accommodation prices change daily and the chosen option may no longer be available.

6.If the client is not satisfied with the provided options, additional options can be offered upon agreement.

7.The deposit amount is included in the final price of the chosen accommodation.

8.If the client does not select any of the provided accommodation options, the deposit is non-refundable.

9.The accommodation price may not include additional costs – such as city tax or a refundable deposit required in certain places.

10.Liability: AVE ITALIA carefully selects partners in Apulia and aims to ensure the highest level of service. However, we act as an intermediary and therefore cannot be held responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties (accommodation providers).
